Nils van Haften plays soprano, alto and tenorsaxophone, and sometimes bassclarinet.

Nils has a lyrical and very personal sound on all saxophones. Therefore he is featured as soloist on many soundtracks, with international orchestras and in jazzbands.
Nowadays he is considered one of the key-baritonesax players of The Netherlands.
Besides his smallgroup playing, you can hear him playing in worldfamous orchestras like The Bob Brookmeyer New Art Orchestra, The Dutch Jazz Orchestra and the Metropole Orchestra.
